Eric has over twenty years of experience leading healthcare organizations through strategic growth initiatives, proactively altering their operations in advance of the myriad of changes in reimbursement structures, and developing new business initiatives in response to the changing economic climate. Prior to joining Enclara Health, Eric owned and operated Holisticare Hospice, a start up hospice agency which he developed into a sizable player in the New Jersey market prior to divesting to a publicly held national hospice operator. Previously, as the Executive Director and CFO of Care Alternatives, Eric was responsible for the development of new hospice agencies across the country and opened five hospice agencies for the organization. Eric also served as a Regional Vice President for Healthsouth Corporation, managing a $400 million budget of post acute hospitals, outpatient centers, and long-term care facilities. Eric is a Certified Public Accountant who received his BA degree in Statistics from Rutgers University and his Master’s in Business Administration from LaSalle University.
