Marjorie Chen, RPh
Vice President of Pharmacy Operations

As the Vice President of Pharmacy Operations, Marjorie is responsible for the pharmacy services of Enclara. Her responsibilities include operations, customer service and implementation. Prior to her current position, Marjorie served as the Senior Director of Operations for Enclara and was responsible for much of the pharmacy program development since the inception of the pharmacy. Her leadership has been essential to successfully manage the operation through several significant growth periods. Marjorie has fifteen years of leadership experience in various pharmacy operations, including retail and national mail order pharmacy programs. She has significant non-sterile compounding experience as well as regulatory experience working with various State Boards of Pharmacy. Her experience and success make Marjorie the ideal leader for Enclara’s operations. Marjorie is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy, University of the Sciences.
