2011 was another exciting year for us: we are currently licensed in 40 states and service over 15,000 patients, nationwide. We finished out our year, with adding AseraCare to our partnership family. With their over 3,000 ADC, we were granted their entire hospice population, after we were successfully trialed for service in over 11 sites. We now have over 130 partners, from start-up organizations, to national models and include both for-profit and non-profit agencies. We are grateful for each relationship and assume the responsibility to continue to earn their business, everyday.

(San Bruno, California) – Enclara Health’s Hospice Pharmacy program is the first in the industry to offer clients their choice of pharmacy model. Before Enclara, hospices were faced with selecting their pharmacy provider mainly on the basis of who provided their model, PBM or mail order. At Enclara we believe that hospices deserve choice. The client tells us which model they would like. This allows the hospices to select the best provider for their organization and their patients based on performance and service, not just which one "matches."
(West Deptford, New Jersey) —Enclara Health, a hospice pharmacy provider, has established a unique business model that truly puts nurses and their patients first. The corner stones of our success are 1) immediate access to pharmacists and 2) services designed to reduce nurse time spent on pharmacy issues. Enclara’s program was designed by hospice professionals who provided input on what was working and what was not in hospice pharmacy.. This insight allowed us to create a pharmacy program that meets the unique needs of each hospice.
